Salwa Nasrallah

Salwa is a Certified Behaviour Analyst and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner with combined 20 years of experience in early childhood intervention, special education and behaviour therapy. She opened her private practice in 2022, where she continues to provide expert support for individuals with complex behavioural needs.

​Salwa specialises in providing clinical behavioural services to individuals with a range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental and behavioural challenges. She addresses a variety of issues such as aggression, self-injurious behaviours, communication difficulties, refusal behaviours, PICA, and high-risk behaviours. Additionally, she supports clients with developmental delays, social skills deficits, and adaptive behaviour challenges.

Salwa's educational background includes a degree in education, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis. These qualifications inform her approach to interventions, enabling her to design and implement effective behaviour support strategies tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Her education allows her to integrate evidence-based techniques and comprehensive behavioural analysis into her practice, enhancing overall wellbeing and daily functioning for her clients.

In her sessions, Salwa focuses on teaching new skills and improving behaviours to help clients develop positive behaviours and navigate everyday life challenges. She works closely with families to ensure a holistic approach to behaviour support and overall improvement in functioning and wellbeing.
